My Megu's Magical Perm Agent is step one of the Magical Lift System — the same professional formula, now sold separately in a bigger 0.8g sachet size for artists who go through step one faster than step two, or who simply prefer to stock each step on its own.
Made in South Korea and formulated for the Korean Lash Lift method, this perm agent softens and reshapes the lash cuticle so it holds the curl set on the rod. Infused with vitamin B5, glycerin, and hyaluronic acid, it lifts without stripping the lash of moisture.

For the Artist
- After lashes are set on the rod, apply a thin, even layer of Perm Agent as step one
- Cover completely with plastic wrap or perm paper and process for 8–10 minutes, then remove fully with a damp applicator
- Proceed to step two (Neutralizer)
✧ Processing time by lash thickness
- Fine lashes: 7–9 minutes
- Medium lashes: 9–11 minutes
- Coarse lashes: 12–15 minutes
- Extremely coarse lashes: 15–17 minutes
Always start with the shorter end of the range and monitor lash condition — thickness alone doesn't reflect lash porosity. If processing longer than 8–10 minutes, remove Perm Agent from the lash tips at the 8–10 minute mark to protect the finer ends.

Order Tracking

Lost or Missing Packages
Once your order is with UPS, delivery responsibility transfers to the carrier. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with household members or building management and contact UPS directly to open an investigation.
