In-Store Pickup Policy

Thank you for choosing local pickup ♡ Please review the information below before selecting in-store pickup at checkout.

 

 

 

Order Processing Time

Orders selected for in-store pickup require processing time.

• Orders are typically ready within 1–3 business days
• You will receive an email confirmation once your order is ready
• Same-day pickup is typically not available

Please wait for the “Ready for Pickup” email before coming to the studio.

Pickup Scheduling

Pickup is by appointment only.

 

General pickup availability:

• Friday–Sunday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Occasionally Tuesday–Thursday depending on availability

To schedule:

1. Reply to your pickup confirmation email
2. Provide your preferred day and a 1–2 hour time window

Once confirmed, your pickup is scheduled.

Room 134 is located to the right when you walk in, third room on the left.

Day-Of Pickup

 

• Please text when you are on your way
• Text again when you are outside the studio door
• Bring your confirmation email

Important Policies

 

• Orders must be picked up within 7 days of confirmation unless otherwise arranged.
• If an order is not picked up within 7 days and no communication is received, it may be canceled and restocked.
• Pickup orders cannot be partially shipped.
• All sales are subject to our standard return policy.

Changing to Shipping

 

If you need your order shipped instead of picked up:

• Email us before your pickup is scheduled
• Shipping fees will apply
