policies:

eligibility: to enroll in this course, you must be a licensed esthetician or cosmetologist, or a student currently enrolled in one of these programs
since the $300 deposit grants you access to the online course, it is nonrefundable
in-person cancellation policy: please cancel at least 72 hours before your training date. cancellations made within 72 hours will forfeit the original deposit, and a new $300 deposit will be required to reschedule.
late policy: if you arrive more than 30 minutes late, you will forfeit your first model. for shadow training, arriving more than 30 minutes late is considered a no-show, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

about 2:1 training: if you book alone, i’ll try to fill the second spot with another student who chooses the same package. if i’m unable to find someone, your training will convert to a 1:1 and the 1:1 price will be required.

All orders ship via UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected service.

Lost or Missing Packages
Once your order is with UPS, delivery responsibility transfers to the carrier. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with household members or building management and contact UPS directly to open an investigation.

returns
returns may be accepted in exchange for store credit explicitly for unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days after delivery. customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

I took Megen’s Korean lash lift online course and it completely changed the way I approach lash lifts. The training is incredibly thorough.
