Update Summary: Added clarification regarding promotional codes, discounts, affiliate codes, and retroactive pricing adjustments after an order has already been placed. All prior terms and policies remain in full effect unless otherwise stated below.
Due to the professional and hygienic nature of our products and digital education materials, please review this policy carefully before purchasing.
1. Cosmetic Products (Professional & Retail)
1.1 FINAL SALE – Opened or Used Products
For health, hygiene, and product safety reasons, opened, used, or partially used items are final sale and non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Lash lift solutions
- Neutralizing/setting solutions
- Lash rods
- Professional accessories
- Any item that has contacted clients, tools, or work surfaces
No exceptions will be made.
1.2 Results-Based Refunds Are Not Eligible
Cosmetic results vary based on factors outside our control, including:
- Lash type, condition, and porosity
- Technique and timing
- Rod selection
- Processing environment (humidity, temperature)
- Client aftercare and compliance
Because results depend on professional technique and variables beyond the product itself, we do not offer refunds or replacements based on outcome dissatisfaction, including claims such as:
- “The lift didn’t take”
- “The curl didn’t last”
- “The product didn’t work as expected”
1.3 Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Required for review:
- Order number
- Clear photos and/or video of the issue
- Photos of original packaging (if applicable)
We will review the claim and determine whether a replacement or store credit is appropriate. Refunds are not guaranteed.
2. Digital Products (Final Sale)
All digital products are FINAL SALE and non-refundable, including:
- Online courses
- E-books
- PDF guides
- Downloadable or viewable educational materials
Once access is granted, refunds cannot be issued under any circumstances.
3. Returns for Unopened Products (Store Credit Only)
Unopened and unused physical products may be eligible for store credit only if:
- The return request is made within 30 days of delivery
- The item is unused and unopened
- Original packaging is intact
- You contact us before sending the item back
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer product-for-product exchanges.
Eligible returns are processed as store credit only.
5. Store Credit (Discretionary)
In limited cases, My Megu may offer partial store credit as a courtesy.
This is:
- Not guaranteed
- Issued at our sole discretion
- Not a refund
5.1 Discounts & Promotional Codes
Please ensure all discount codes and promotional offers are applied before completing checkout.
Once an order has been placed, we are generally unable to retroactively apply discounts, affiliate codes, sale pricing, or promotional adjustments.
In certain situations, we may choose to offer partial store credit as a courtesy; however, this is not guaranteed and remains at the sole discretion of My Megu.
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting My Megu constitutes misuse of the payment system.
We provide full documentation to payment processors, including:
- Order and tracking records
- Policy acceptance logs
- Digital access records
- Communication history
- Supporting photos or evidence
False or abusive chargebacks may result in:
- Order refusal
- Revocation of digital access
- Account restrictions
- Denial of future purchases
