These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of mymegu.co (the “Site”) and the purchase or use of any physical products, digital products, or services provided by My Megu LLC (“My Megu,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing the Site, placing an order, or purchasing any product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase from us.
1. Incorporated Policies
These Terms incorporate by reference the following policies, which together form the complete purchase agreement:
If any conflict exists, these Terms control unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2. Eligibility & User Responsibility
You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and legally capable of entering a binding agreement.
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate account, billing, and shipping information
- Maintaining the security of your account
- All activity conducted under your account
3. Professional-Use Products (Critical Notice)
Many My Megu products are intended exclusively for trained and licensed professionals, including but not limited to lash lift solutions, processing or neutralizing solutions, and professional accessories (“Professional-Use Products”).
By purchasing Professional-Use Products, you confirm that:
- You possess any required license, certification, or professional training applicable in your jurisdiction
- You understand proper application, contraindications, and risks
- Professional-Use Products will not be self-applied or used by untrained individuals
- You assume full responsibility for technique, timing, chemical decisions, and outcomes
Only products clearly designated as retail aftercare are suitable for client at-home use.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders of Professional-Use Products at our discretion.
4. Education, Product Information & Assumption of Risk
Any educational materials, instructions, or guidance provided by My Megu are for general informational purposes only and do not replace professional training or licensing requirements.
Cosmetic results vary based on factors outside our control, including:
- Lash condition, thickness, and porosity
- Technique, timing, and placement
- Rod selection and product pairing
- Processing environment (humidity, temperature)
- Client sensitivity and aftercare compliance
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Results are not guaranteed
- Dissatisfaction with results does not constitute product defect
- You assume all risks associated with professional cosmetic application
5. Orders, Pricing & Payment
Prices are subject to change without notice. All charges are displayed at checkout.
We may refuse or cancel orders for reasons including suspected fraud, chargeback risk, inventory limits, pricing errors, or violations of these Terms. If payment has been captured, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
You are responsible for ensuring your shipping address is accurate. Address errors may result in delays, additional fees, or order cancellation.
6. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss
Shipping timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Once an order is handed off to the carrier:
- Risk of loss transfers to the customer
- Carrier delays, missed scans, or disruptions are outside our control
My Megu is not responsible for:
- Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier
- Stolen packages
- Delivery delays
- Customs processing delays or fees

7. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
Claims for damaged, incorrect, or incomplete orders must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with required documentation (photos/video and order number).
Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in denial of replacement or credit.
8. Refunds, Returns & Final Sale Items
All refunds and returns are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.
Key acknowledgements:
- Opened or used cosmetic products are final sale
- Results-based dissatisfaction is not eligible for refunds
- Eligible unopened items may qualify for store credit only
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error was ours
9. Digital Products & Courses (Final Sale)
All digital products, including courses, e-books, PDFs, and downloadable or viewable materials, are final sale and non-refundable.
By purchasing digital products, you agree that:
- Access begins immediately upon purchase
- Content is licensed for personal use only
- Sharing, redistribution, resale, or public posting is prohibited
- Violations may result in immediate access revocation without refund.
10. Promotions, Discounts & Freebies
Discounts may not be combined unless stated. Promotions may be modified or ended at any time. Free items are offered while supplies last and may be substituted.
11. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Misrepresent professional credentials
- Misuse Professional-Use Products
- Submit fraudulent disputes or false claims
- Harass or abuse staff
- Infringe intellectual property
- Violate any applicable laws
Violations may result in account restriction or termination.
12. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
You agree to contact My Megu at contact@mymegu.co before initiating a chargeback.
We may provide dispute documentation to payment processors, including:
- Order records and tracking
- Policy acceptance logs
- Communication history
- Digital access records
False or abusive chargebacks may result in:
- Refusal of future orders
- Revocation of digital access
- Account restrictions
13. Intellectual Property
All Site content, branding, images, videos, educational materials, and downloads are owned by or licensed to My Megu LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized use is prohibited.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
All products and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- My Megu LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service at issue
You accept full responsibility for professional application and outcomes.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless My Megu LLC from claims arising from:
- Misuse of products
- Professional services performed using our products
- Violation of these Terms or applicable law
17. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or Services at our discretion for violations of these Terms or suspected abuse or fraud.
18. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes shall be brought exclusively in courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
19. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
