Shipping Policy

My Megu LLC

The following changes apply to orders placed on or after June 8, 2026. All terms from the policy dated June 3, 2026 remain in effect for orders placed prior to this date.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During periods of high order volume, processing may take longer than usual. We are not responsible for delays caused by increased order volume, carrier issues, or circumstances outside of our control. Orders are shipped only after payment has been successfully processed.

2. Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on: → Destination → Package weight and size → Selected shipping method

We ship via UPS for domestic orders in the contiguous United States and offer the following service levels: → UPS Ground → UPS 2nd Day Air

For orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska, we ship via USPS and offer the following service levels: → USPS Ground Advantage → USPS Priority Mail

Additional expedited options may be available at checkout depending on destination.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Standard Shipping (UPS Ground): 1–5 business days depending on destination
  • Expedited Shipping (UPS 2nd Day Air): 2 business days
  • Hawaii & Alaska (USPS Ground Advantage): 2–8 business days
  • Hawaii & Alaska (USPS Priority Mail): 1–3 business days
  • International (UPS Worldwide Saver): varies by destination; customs processing may add additional time

These delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or service disruptions may affect delivery.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may experience delays or missed scans.

5. Signature Confirmation

From May 24, 2026 through June 3, 2026, a signature was required upon delivery for all orders with a subtotal of $100.00 or more. This applied to shipments via USPS.

Effective June 3, 2026, all domestic shipments in the contiguous United States are fulfilled via UPS. Signature requirements are no longer standard for those orders.

All orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska via USPS require a signature upon delivery. This applies to all order totals. A signature confirmation fee is included in the shipping cost displayed at checkout.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier. My Megu is not responsible for: → Packages marked "delivered" by the carrier → Stolen packages → Packages lost after carrier acceptance → Delivery delays caused by the carrier

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you cannot locate your package, you must: → Check with household members or building management → Contact the carrier directly to file a claim or investigation

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. My Megu is not responsible for: → Delays, losses, or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses → Packages returned to sender due to address errors

Reshipment fees may apply.

8. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that certain countries and regions are not eligible for international shipping of select products. Available destinations and carriers are displayed at checkout.

  • Customs fees, duties, VAT, or import taxes are not included in product or shipping prices
  • These fees are the responsibility of the customer → We are not responsible for customs delays or refusals
