request a time
pick your service and time on our booking site. you can book up to 14 days out, and new times open every day.

we approve and charge your deposit
once your request is approved, the card on file is charged a $30 nonrefundable deposit. it goes toward your service total. requests without a successful deposit are not confirmed, so make sure your card is up to date.

every client fills this out before their appt. it only takes a few minutes. if you check yes to any contraindications, contact megen before your appt.

first lash lift?
after you book, message us to come in for a free five-minute patch test. we swatch the solutions on your inner forearm to check for any reaction. it needs to happen at least 24–48 hours before your appt.

04 policies
the fine print
please read these before you book. requests that don’t follow our policies won’t be accepted. these apply to appointments with both megen and christie.
- deposit
- $30 nonrefundable, charged when your request is approved and applied to your total.
- cancellations
- cancel with less than 36 hours notice and you lose your deposit. a new deposit is needed to rebook.
- late arrivals
- grace period is 8 minutes for lash lifts and 15 minutes for lash extensions. after that, your deposit is forfeited.
- refunds
- no refunds. not happy with your lift? we’ll do a free redo within 3–5 days of your appt.
- extensions
- free removal if you have an allergic reaction. free touch-up within 3–5 days for poor retention or unusual fallout.
- squeeze-ins
- $70 fee for appointments outside regular availability.
- guests
- one guest is welcome. no pets, except service animals.
- chair
- our chair holds up to 265 lbs.

frequently asked questions
how long does a lash lift last?
about 2 months on average, depending on your natural lash growth cycle.
how soon can i get another lash lift?
we usually rebook clients every 8–10 weeks. by then about 80% of your lashes should be back to straight, so most of your last lift has grown out.
i have short lashes. can i still get a lash lift?
of course! most of our clients are pleasantly surprised that their lashes are longer than they thought ~
are lash lifts damaging?
when done carefully and professionally, lash lifts shouldn’t damage your natural lashes. the korean lash lift technique keeps your lashes from being over-processed and includes two nourishing, strengthening treatments.
how long does the appt take?
with megen: lash lift (and tint) about 1 hour, lift + extensions about 2 hours, brow wax add-on +20 minutes.
with christie: lash lift (and tint) about 1.5 hours.
