My Megu's Magical Neutralizer is step two of the Magical Lift System — the same trusted setting formula, now sold on its own in a bigger 0.8g sachet so you can restock exactly what you're running low on.
This neutralizer locks the new curl into place after the Perm Agent has softened the lash, leaving lashes set, glossy, and soft to the touch. Formulated with vitamin B5, glycerin, and hyaluronic acid to condition as it sets.

For the Artist
- After processing and removing step one (Perm Agent), apply a thin, even layer of Neutralizer as step two
- Leave on for 8–10 minutes, then remove completely with a damp applicator to ensure no residue remains
- Finish with a thin layer of Silk Protein Treatment or Coating Essence

Order Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Tracking is provided by UPS and may occasionally show delays between scans.
Lost or Missing Packages
Once your order is with UPS, delivery responsibility transfers to the carrier. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with household members or building management and contact UPS directly to open an investigation.
