How to Use:

1. Dispense the powder into either the step one or two solution in a 4:6 ratio (40% powder, 60% lotion).
2. Mix thoroughly: Adjust thickness by adding more powder for a thicker consistency or more lotion for a thinner one.
3. Apply the solution onto lashes as you normally would.
