Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using mymegu.co (the “Site”). The Site and its content are owned and operated by My Megu LLC, a Nevada limited liability company.
By accessing the Site, purchasing from the Site, or using any product, service, course, or digital material offered by My Megu LLC, you voluntarily agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site or make purchases.
1. Definitions
“Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our” refers to My Megu LLC and the Site mymegu.co.
“Content” includes all written, visual, video, audio, downloadable, or digital materials on the Site, including e-books, guides, graphics, blog posts, templates, course materials, product descriptions, and all communications from My Megu LLC.
“Personal Information” refers to information that identifies or can identify you, including your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, etc.
“Site, Courses, Services, and Products” refers to mymegu.co and all associated materials, including emails, digital products, trainings, lash lift systems, professional-use supplies, retail items, and any other materials offered by My Megu LLC.
“You” or “Your” refers to the user, viewer, or purchaser.
2. Consent
By using the Site or making any purchase, you agree to act in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to consent to these terms.
3. Site Rules
By using the Site, you agree not to:
• harass, harm, or abuse any person through or on the Site
• post obscene, defamatory, infringing, abusive, or unlawful content
• violate any U.S. federal, state, or local laws
• post unsolicited advertising or spam
• upload copyrighted or protected content you do not own
• use the Site to promote or sell competing products or services
• copy, download, or share our intellectual property without permission
Violation of these rules may result in termination of access.
4. Professional Use Disclaimer
Many My Megu products, including lash lift solutions, adhesives, lash extension supplies, and chemical-based formulations, are intended for trained and licensed professionals only.
Professional-use products are not intended or recommended for self application.
Retail aftercare items are the only exception.
By purchasing professional products, you acknowledge your responsibility to use them safely, follow manufacturer instructions, and comply with local licensing laws. My Megu LLC is not liable for injuries, allergic reactions, damage, or results caused by improper use or lack of professional training.
5. Intellectual Property Ownership
The Site and all Content are the sole property of My Megu LLC and are protected by U.S. copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, copy, modify, share, republish, distribute, or transmit any Content without written permission.
All violations will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6. Limited License to You
If you purchase or access the Site or any digital product, you are granted a single-user, non-transferable, revocable license for personal educational use.
You may not:
• share, resell, reproduce, or distribute digital files
• upload materials into public or private groups
• provide access to others
• claim the Content as your own
Any violation will result in termination of access and may result in legal action.
7. Your License to Us
By submitting comments, testimonials, messages, or documents to My Megu LLC via contact forms, email, or social media, you confirm you own the submission and grant My Megu LLC a license to use it for business purposes.
8. Payments & Purchases
By making a purchase, you authorize My Megu LLC to charge your selected payment method.
If you choose a payment plan or installment option, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file on each due date automatically.
If a payment fails, your access to digital products, courses, or services may be suspended until payment is completed. You remain responsible for the full purchase amount.
Chargeback threats or disputes will be taken seriously and may be reported to financial institutions and credit bureaus.
My Megu LLC is not liable for payment processor errors, breaches, or third-party policies.
9. Refund Policy
In accordance with our refund policy, we provide a 30-day return window for physical products: items must be unworn, unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase. Digital products (including online courses, e-books, worksheets) are non-refundable. Sale items and gift cards are final sale. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of our receipt and approval of your return. See full policy for details.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
10. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or high-volume periods.
Once a package has been handed to the carrier, My Megu LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
11. Links to Third-Party Websites
The Site may include external links. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of third-party websites. You assume all risk when clicking external links.
12. No Guarantees or Claims
Testimonials, examples, or before-and-afters are not guarantees of results.
Outcomes vary depending on training, technique, client factors, product selection, and experience.
13. Disclaimer
The Site, its Content, products, and digital materials are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Megu LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
14. Release of Liability
By using the Site or purchasing from My Megu LLC, you release and discharge My Megu LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from all claims, damages, injuries, or losses arising from:
• improper product use
• allergic reactions
• self-application of professional-use materials
• failure to follow instructions
• technique-related issues
• digital content misuse
• shipping or carrier issues
• reliance on provided information
Your sole remedy is limited to the purchase price of the product or service.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless My Megu LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site, products, or Content, or your violation of these Terms & Conditions.
16. Arbitration Agreement
If a dispute arises that cannot be resolved through communication, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in Clark County, Nevada, through the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
By agreeing to arbitration, you waive your right to bring claims in court or seek a jury trial.
The maximum award available to you is a refund of the amount paid.
17. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
18. Jurisdiction
Any court filings necessary to enforce an arbitration award shall be filed in Nevada, and you consent to Nevada jurisdiction.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining portions remain in full effect.
20. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to terminate access to the Site or any product for violations of these Terms & Conditions.
21. Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions constitute the full agreement between you and My Megu LLC and supersede all prior agreements or communications.
