2. Professional Use Only Products

Many My Megu products—such as lash lift solutions, neutralizing agents, rods, and professional accessories—are intended for trained and licensed professionals only.
By purchasing, you confirm that:

• You possess the required license, certification, or training for your state/country.
• You understand the proper application and risks of professional lash lift chemicals.
• You take full responsibility for the technique used and outcomes produced.

My Megu is not responsible for any damage caused by misuse or unlicensed application.

3. Cosmetic Products: Use, Safety & Performance Disclaimer

Professional cosmetic results vary based on:

• Lash type, condition, and porosity
• Timing
• Technique and placement
• Rod selection
• Processing environment (humidity, temperature)
• Client aftercare

Because these variables are outside of our control, My Megu does not guarantee specific results and is not responsible for:

• Lifts not taking
• Curl not lasting
• Over-processing or under-processing
• Technique-based outcomes
• Client sensitivity or irritation

Our products are tested for quality, but technique plays a critical role in performance.

4. Return & Refund Eligibility

All returns and refunds are governed by our official Refund & Return Policy, incorporated into these Terms.

Key highlights (not exhaustive):

4.1. Opened or Used Products – FINAL SALE

Due to cosmetic hygiene laws, opened, used, or partially used products cannot be returned, including:

• Lash lift solutions
• Neutralizing solutions
• Rods
• Accessories that have been opened
• Any item that has contacted tools, surfaces, or clients

4.2. Results-Based Refunds Not Eligible

We do not issue refunds or replacements for dissatisfaction with results due to technique variables.

4.3. Digital Products – FINAL SALE

All digital items (courses, e-books, guides) are non-refundable under any circumstances.

4.4. Discretionary Store Credit

My Megu may offer partial store credit in certain cases.
This is not guaranteed and is provided at our sole discretion.

5. Course Access & Digital Content

By purchasing our digital products, you agree that:

• Access begins immediately upon purchase.
• All digital content is for the sole use of the purchaser.
• Sharing, redistributing, reselling, or posting content publicly is strictly prohibited.
• Violation may result in account revocation without refund.

6. Order Issues: Lost, Stolen, Incorrect or Damaged Items

If your package arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete:

• You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Clear photos/video are required for review.

My Megu is not responsible for:

• Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier
• Stolen packages
• Incorrect addresses submitted by the customer

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting My Megu constitutes a violation of these Terms.

We provide:

• Order history
• Tracking information
• Email communication
• Usage evidence
• Policy acceptance logs

…to the payment processor for dispute resolution.

If a customer initiates a false or fraudulent chargeback, My Megu reserves the right to:

• Refuse future purchases
• Remove course access
• Pursue the matter through the issuing bank

8. Intellectual Property

All My Megu materials—including photos, videos, graphics, product descriptions, training materials, and digital content—are protected by copyright.

You may not:

• Copy or reproduce content
• Redistribute materials
• Use our content for commercial or educational purposes
• Claim My Megu branding or materials as your own

Violations may result in legal action.

• My Megu is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Any outcomes resulting from improper use
