One roll goes a long way. Unlike plastic wrap, you're not tearing off a fresh piece every session just to have it stick to itself. Perm paper is reusable, precise, and makes your setup feel more intentional from the start.
It also pulls double duty in step 2: use a strip to press down and secure any stubborn lashes that won't stay on the rod.
