Subscription & Cancellation Policy

My Megu LLC

This policy applies to products purchased through subscribe & save. Please read it before starting a subscription.

1. How Subscriptions Work

• Subscriptions save 5% off the regular price on every delivery.
• You choose a delivery frequency at checkout (for example, every month or every 2 months).
• Your payment method on file is charged automatically on each renewal date, and your order ships after it is charged.
• Subscription pricing cannot be combined with bundle pricing, bulk discounts, or discount codes.

2. No Minimum Commitment

There is no minimum number of deliveries. You can skip, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time.

3. Skipping, Pausing, or Changing Your Subscription

• You can skip a delivery, pause your subscription, or update your payment method and shipping address through your subscription account.
• A paused subscription stays paused until you resume it.
• To change your delivery frequency, email contact@mymegu.co and we will update it for you.
• Changes must be made before your next renewal date to apply to that order.

4. How to Cancel

• You can cancel at any time through your subscription account, or by emailing contact@mymegu.co with your name and order number.
• To avoid being charged for your next delivery, cancel before your next renewal date.
• Cancelling stops future deliveries only. It does not refund orders that have already been billed.

5. Refunds on Subscription Orders

Once a subscription order has been billed, it is treated like any other order and is covered by our Refund & Return Policy. Opened or used products are final sale, and eligible unopened returns are issued as store credit only.

If you forgot to skip or cancel before your renewal date, contact us at contact@mymegu.co before the order ships and we will do our best to help. This is not guaranteed.

6. Failed Payments

If a renewal payment fails, we will try again and notify you so you can update your payment method. If payment still cannot be collected, your subscription may be paused or cancelled.

7. Changes to Price or Products

If the price of a subscription product changes, we will notify you before your next renewal at the new price. You can cancel before that renewal if you do not wish to continue.
