All orders ship via UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected service.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders ship only after payment is confirmed.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

• UPS Ground: 1–5 business days depending on destination
• UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days

International Shipping

We ship internationally via UPS Worldwide Saver. Delivery times vary by destination. Customs processing may add additional time. Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees charged upon delivery.

Order Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Tracking is provided by UPS and may occasionally show delays between scans.

Lost or Missing Packages
Once your order is with UPS, delivery responsibility transfers to the carrier. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with household members or building management and contact UPS directly to open an investigation.

In-Person Pickup
My Megu is located in Las Vegas, NV. In-person pickup is often available Thursday–Sunday, 10 AM–2 PM, though availability may vary. View pickup details

returns
returns may be accepted in exchange for store credit explicitly for unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days after delivery. customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
