due to the hygienic nature of professional beauty products, all sales are final once items have been opened or used.
returns
returns may be accepted in exchange for store credit explicitly for unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days after delivery. customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
